Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

La Station touristique Pin Rouge recherche des personnes motivées pour joindre son équipe d’enneigement durant la saison hivernale.
Le travail d’enneigement est essentiel à la préparation et au maintien de la montagne. Il s’agit d’un emploi idéal pour les personnes qui aiment travailler dehors, qui n’ont pas peur du froid et qui souhaitent participer activement aux opérations d’une station de ski.
Opérateur(trice) de damage – Poste de nuit
La Station touristique Pin Rouge est à la recherche d’un(e) opérateur(trice) de damage pour se joindre à son équipe pour la saison hivernale.
Vous aimez travailler dehors, la montagne et les sports de glisse? Ce poste vous permettra de contribuer directement à la qualité des conditions de ski et de planche à neige offertes à notre clientèle.
Moniteur(trice) de ski et de planche à neige
La Station touristique Pin Rouge est à la recherche de moniteurs et monitrices de ski et de planche à neige passionnés par les sports de glisse et le plein air.
