Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Task description
En tant que sauveteur, vous veillez à la sécurité des usagers et au respect du règlement sur l’ensemble du site. Vous êtes en première ligne pour prévenir les risques, intervenir en cas d’urgence et garantir un environnement sûr et accueillant.
Vos principales responsabilités sont:
- De surveiller activement les zones de baignade;
- De prévenir les comportements à risque et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité;
- D'intervenir rapidement en cas d’incident (sauvetage, premiers secours);
- De contrôler et entretenir le matériel de secours;
- De participer à l’accueil et à l’information des usagers.
