I have read the equipment rental causes, which releases the workshop from all liability and I freely accept the conditions. I understand that sending a reservation request will be understood as tacit acceptance of the clauses below. I have read the agreement form releasing the shop from liability and I voluntarily agree to the terms. I agree to respect the Mountain Code of Conduct. I undertake to respect the Code of Mountain Conduct.

I understand that damage insurance covers normal wear and tear such as nicks, chips or breaks. I understand that damage insurance covers normal wear and tear such as nicks, chips or breaks.

I agree to reimburse and hold the workshop harmless from any loss or damage other than normal wear and tear. I agree to reimburse and hob harmless the ski shop for any loss or damage other than reasonable wear and tear.

I agree to return the equipment on the scheduled date and in good condition to avoid additional costs. I agree to return all equipment by the agreed date in clean condition to avoid additional charges. (Ski, board, snowboard: $450; Boots, boots: $200; Poles, poles: $30; Helmet, helmet: $50, Snowshoes, showshoes: $75; Fatbike: $500)

I have not given any inaccurate information about my height, weight, age or skill level. I have made no misrepresentations to the ski shop in regard to my height, weight, age or skiing ability.

I understand that the skis-boots-bindings combination will not release at all times and in all circumstances; I personally assume the damages and injuries that may result. I understand that the ski-boot-binding system will not release at all times or under all circumstances and I accept the full responsibility for any and all such damage and injury which may result.

I have been clearly explained to me how the equipment I rented works and I understand how to use it. All instructions on the use of my rental equipment have been made clear to me, and I understand the function of my equipment.

I hereby release the workshop, its owners, agents and employees from damages and injuries suffered by any person or property. I hereby release the ski shop and its owner, agents and employees from any and all liability for damage and injury to any person or property.
