However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Task description
Sous la supervision du chef des opérations de montagne, le ou la préposé(e) au télésiège veille à la sécurité et au bon fonctionnement du système de remontée mécanique. Il ou elle accueille les clients, leur fournit les consignes de sécurité et s’assure que l’embarquement et le débarquement se déroulent efficacement et sécuritairement.
Responsabilités principales
- Accueillir les skieurs, planchistes et visiteurs au télésiège.
- Donner les directives d’embarquement et de débarquement.
- Surveiller en tout temps la zone d’embarquement et d’arrivée.
- Démarrer, arrêter et opérer le télésiège selon les procédures établies.
- Effectuer des inspections de routine de l’équipement.
- Communiquer tout problème ou incident au mécanicien ou au superviseur.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle courtois et professionnel.
- Maintenir la propreté et la sécurité du poste de travail.
