However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Station touristique Pin Rouge – New Richmond, Gaspésie
La Station touristique Pin Rouge recherche des préposé(e)s à l’entretien ménager pour assurer la propreté et la qualité de ses chalets et de ses installations.
Principales responsabilités
• Effectuer le nettoyage et l’entretien des chalets et des espaces désignés.
• Préparer les chalets avant l’arrivée des clients.
• Effectuer le ménage après le départ des clients.
• Nettoyer les salles de bain, chambres, cuisines et espaces communs.
• Effectuer le remplacement de la literie et des fournitures nécessaires.
• Signaler les bris, anomalies ou besoins d’entretien.
• Respecter les standards de propreté de la station.
Profil recherché
• Souci du détail et de la propreté.
• Efficacité et bonne organisation.
• Autonomie et fiabilité.
• Bonne capacité physique.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe.
