Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

•Prendre des réservations.
•Équilibrer sa petite caisse et fournir le rapport de fin de journée.
•Fournir l’information sur les services et produits touristiques du parc régional et des attraits environnants, au téléphone ou en personne.
•Contrôler les entrées et percevoir les frais s’il y a lieu.
•Compiler les statistiques relatives aux visiteurs.
•Assurer un service à la clientèle de qualité.
