Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Task description
La personne qui occupe le poste de concierge est responsable de l'entretien ménager général du bâtiment d'accueil.
Elle s'occupe notamment de:
Accueillir, informer et orienter la clientèle
Assurer la propreté des espaces communs (entrées, couloirs, escaliers)
Sortir et gérer les déchets selon les consignes
Surveiller l’état général du bâtiment et signaler toute anomalie
Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et du règlement interne
Ouvrir et fermer les accès selon les horaires
Assurer une présence rassurante et prévenir les situations à risque
Horaire de soir, variable selon l'achalandage et les journées d'opérations
