Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

La Station touristique Pin Rouge recherche un(e) caissier(ère) pour offrir un service efficace, courtois et chaleureux à sa clientèle.
Principales responsabilités
• Accueillir les clients et répondre à leurs demandes.
• Effectuer les transactions à la caisse.
• Manipuler les paiements avec rigueur.
• Informer les clients sur les produits et services disponibles.
• Maintenir son espace de travail propre et organisé.
• Effectuer les procédures de fermeture et d’ouverture de caisse selon les besoins.
• Collaborer avec les autres départements de la station.
