Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Task description
Le ou la technicien(ne) à la boutique de location est responsable de l’accueil des clients, de la location et de l’ajustement de l’équipement de ski, de planche à neige et d’autres articles, tout en assurant un service professionnel, rapide et sécuritaire.
Responsabilités principales :
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur le choix d’équipement adapté à leur niveau et à leurs besoins
- Effectuer l’ajustement, l’entretien et la vérification de sécurité des équipements (fixations, bottes, skis, planches, etc.)
- Gérer le processus de location : ouverture de contrat, remise et retour de matériel
- Effectuer le rangement, la réparation mineure et l’entretien des équipements
- Participer à l’organisation et à la propreté de la boutique
- Fournir un service à la clientèle courtois et efficace en tout temps
