Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

2-STORY CHALET

This 64m 2 chalet located at the foot of the slopes includes everything you need for a pleasant stay.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people (for a fee).
On the second floor, you will find 2 closed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds on rails that can form a double bed. A full bathroom is also located upstairs.
A heated swimming pool, collective barbecues and a laundry room are at your disposal. Towels and bedding are provided as well as wifi.

STUDIO CHALET

The studio cottage 26m 2 offers a minimalist atmosphere including a dormitory area and a living area on the slopes.
The dormitory area has 2 bunk beds separated from the living area by a sliding door.
You will find, in the living area, the essential equipment for the kitchen (mini-fridge, microwave, induction hob, basic utensils for 4 people, plates, cutlery, pots and pans).
A heated swimming pool, collective barbecues and a laundry room are at your disposal. Towels and bedding are provided as well as wifi.

Reservation and rental policy

Check-in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m.

Please note, the reservation of a particular chalet number will be increased by a fee of $ 40 per rental;

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required for each rental;

Each rental must be paid in full on arrival;

The pricing for the chalets is for an occupancy of 1 to 4 people;

A daily supplement of $ 10 applies for the 5th and 6th person (in two-story cabins);

The number of people indicated must be respected;

No animals will be tolerated in the rental unit;

The chalets are non-smoking;

Charges will apply for any non-compliance with the regulations.
Modification or cancellation of a reservation
To modify or cancel a reservation, please contact us at 418-392-5134 (ext. 121) or toll-free at 1-866-992-5134 (ext. 121). To receive a refund of your deposit upon cancellation, please submit your request at least 7 days in advance or 14 days in advance for the holidays, Quebec and New Brunswick school breaks, and the period from mid-July to mid-August. Please note that no credit or refund will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
