Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Ce chalet de 64m2 situé au pied des pistes comprend tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour.
Au premier étage, vous retrouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi qu'un salon avec un divan-lit pouvant accommoder 2 personnes supplémentaires (moyennant des frais).
Au deuxième étage, vous retrouverez 2 chambres fermées, dont une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec 2 lits simples sur rail pouvant former un lit double. Une salle de bain complète se trouve également à l'étage.
Une buanderie est à votre disposition dans le bâtiment principal. Les serviettes et la literie sont fournies ainsi que le wifi.

CHALET STUDIO

Le chalet studio de 26m2 offre une ambiance minimaliste comprenant un coin dortoir et un coin séjour au pied des pistes.
Le coin dortoir comprend 2 lits superposés séparé du coin séjour par une porte coulissante.
Vous retrouverez, dans le coin séjour, l'équipement essentiel pour la cuisine (mini-frigo, micro-ondes, plaque à induction, ustensiles de base pour 4 personnes, assiettes, couverts, chaudrons et poêles).
Une buanderie est à votre disposition dans le bâtiment principal. Les serviettes et la literie sont fournies ainsi que le wifi.

Reservation and rental policy

Please note, the reservation of a particular chalet number will be increased by a fee of $ 40 per rental;

A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is required for each rental;

Each rental must be paid in full on arrival;

The pricing for the chalets is for an occupancy of 1 to 4 people;

A daily supplement of $ 10 applies for the 5th and 6th person (in two-story cabins);

The number of people indicated must be respected;

No animals will be tolerated in the rental unit;

The chalets are non-smoking;

Charges will apply for any non-compliance with the regulations.
Modification or cancellation of a reservation
For any modification or cancellation of a reservation, we invite you to contact us at 418-392-5134 * 121 or at 1-866-992-5134 * 121 (toll free). To obtain a refund of your deposit, in the event of a cancellation, be sure to make your request at least 7 days in advance and 14 days in advance for the holidays (December 21st 2024 to January 5th 2025), school breaks (February 27th 2025 to March 16th 2025) as well as during construction holidays (July 18th 2024to August 10 2024). Please note that no credit or refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Please note that we are not responsible for weather conditions. If the chairlift is closed, the same policy applies.
