Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

WHAT IS THE PIN ROUGE 12H?
It’s simple, you are invited to complete 12 hours of consecutive or relay sporting activities in one of the following disciplines: alpine skiing, ski touring, walking or even a mini tubing challenge (4 hours). Beyond being a sporting challenge, the 12h of Pin rouge is above all a challenge of solidarity. The event aims to demonstrate the unconditional commitment of our community to two essential NPOs in the region, namely the Baie-des-Chaleurs Palliative Care Home and the Pin Rouge Tourist Station.

Raise funds for the palliative care center. You will receive a Zeffy link within 2 business days of registering. All you have to do is share your participant link with your loved ones so that they can contribute to the cause and achieve your goal.
The Baie-des-Chaleurs Palliative Care Home
The mission of the Baie-des-Chaleurs Palliative Care Home is to provide supportive care to people at the end of life and their loved ones in a warm environment. In addition to providing relief to its future customers, this NPO will undertake to provide a service; which exudes kindness, respect, compassion, solidarity, dignity, professionalism and will aim to stand out through its human approach.
Pin Rouge Tourist Resort
The Pin Rouge tourist resort's mission is to make privileged contact with nature accessible to its faithful and newcomers. Since 2003, this NPO has provided its users with safe infrastructure so that they can practice their outdoor sports, among others, skiing and snowboarding, ski touring, mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, in addition to offering quality accommodation to allow a complete and unique experience. It goes without saying that Pin Rouge plays an essential role as a regional economic engine.
Whether it represents for you a playground for young and old, a place of rejuvenation or surpassing oneself, one thing is certain, it is that the Tourist Resort is a regional heritage precursor of a thousand and one stories and encounters which make our community a proud and united community.
STEP 3: PREPARE FOR YOUR CHALLENGE
Continue practicing your discipline on a daily basis. Attend the athletes' meeting on Friday March 29 at 6:30 p.m. There you will receive your official participant armband and the schedule for the day of the 12h challenge.

We are looking for volunteers for the supply kiosks as well as to assist in the running of activities during the day and evening.

- If you're not much of an early bird type, we have rental of chalets to allow you to sleep on site and save driving time the morning of the challenge.
