Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Task description
Description du poste
Sous la supervision du chef de montagne, le ou la préposé(e) à la fabrication de neige participe à la mise en marche, à l’entretien et au bon fonctionnement du système d’enneigement mécanique afin d’assurer une couverture de neige optimale sur les pistes.
Responsabilités principales :
- Participer à la préparation et à l’opération du système d’enneigement
- Surveiller la qualité de la neige et ajuster les paramètres de production selon les conditions climatiques
- Effectuer des rondes d’inspection régulières et signaler toute anomalie
- Assurer l’entretien de base des équipements et des infrastructures d’enneigement
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe d’entretien des pistes et les opérateurs de dameuses
- Appliquer rigoureusement les consignes de santé et sécurité au travail
