Petite-Cascapédia Regional Park does not issue refunds or credits for any purchase of goods or services. All purchases are valid for the season in which they were purchased.
However, all 2021-2022 season tickets are covered by the guaranteed season policy.
If for a medical reason you wish to request reimbursement, complete the form below, making sure to fill in all the fields and attach supporting medical evidence so that we can assess your request.
If the ski resort or the tube slides were to close due to weather conditions, a credit valid for the current season will be offered to you according to the prorata of the opening hours.

Health instructions for visiting the ski resort
Basic health instructions must be observed at all times. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, stay home. Once there, wear the mask when required, wash your hands frequently and respect social distancing.

In accordance with the recommendations of the ASSQ and Public Health, the sanitary measures will be applicable from the opening of the 2021-2022 season.
VACCINE PASSPORT
Proof of vaccination is no longer required to take advantage of the services offered at the station.
MAIN CHALET
Wearing a mask is required for people 10 years of age and over. A distance of one meter must be observed at all times between people not residing under the same roof. The sanitary facilities remain accessible. The lockers remain at your disposal to leave your personal effects.
CAFETERIA & BAR
Cafeteria service is available and the bar is open at full capacity.
SKI LIFT & TUBING
Wearing a mask is recommended while waiting for the ski lift. The use of the lift by members of the same household is recommended.
GUARANTEED SEASON POLICY
If you have purchased a seasonal subscription and cannot present proof of vaccination, we invite you to consult our guaranteed season policy and our refund policy . Note that no refund will be issued for people who have made an online purchase and cannot present their proof of vaccination.
COMPLIANCE WITH HEALTH INSTRUCTIONS
In order to offer an outdoor winter in a safe environment, we thank you in advance for offering your cooperation to the station staff responsible for applying the regulations in force issued by government authorities. We will keep you informed of any changes related to the epidemiological situation. As in every season, your safety is our priority, so we will not tolerate any sign of non-compliance with safety instructions - regarding COVID-19 or the Mountain Code of Conduct. A daily or seasonal ticket could be revoked at any time in the event of a problematic situation. No credit or refund will be issued. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your collaboration which are always so precious to us.
